    Job Description

    Genesis Technical is hiring a Custumer Support Specialist for a contract assignment for a very large Manufacturer in Mobile, Alabama. 

    Qualifications are as follows:

    • Strong and effective customer service skills
    • Must be proficient with follow up on customer orders, status of orders & communicating back to customer
    • Quick to learn computers and software programs
    • Prior experience with an ERP system is helpful
    • Prior SAP experience is helpful; our system is Pentagon 2000 or P2K
    • Daily interaction & communication with customers, our internal departments such as purchasing & warehouse
    • Understanding of international shipping documentation would be a plus
    • Prior experience or knowledge regarding: spare parts, warehousing, inventory, etc.
    • Must be highly organized to manage and communicate effectively with customers at all levels
    • The position is titled Customer Order desk – this position manages the order intake with customers.
    • Bilingual in French or Spanish is a plus but not required.
    • Dependable, reporting to work on time every day.
