GENESIS10 IS SEEKING A DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST FOR A 12-MONTH CONTRACT POSITION WITH A HEALTHCARE CLIENT LOCATED IN WAUWATOSA, WI. THIS ROLE WILL BE 100% REMOTE. THIS ROLE IS $22 AN HOUR + HEALTH BENEFITS. SUMMARY: Our client is looking for a Global Digital Marketing Specialist with strong Digital Marketing and Marketing Communications skillset . In collaboration with the Global Marketing team, the candidate will create, manage, and execute campaigns and relevant processes around marketing automation and Salesforce CRM. The candidate will also drive and report digital marketing performances. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partnering with marketing and commercial teams in developing and executing Digital Marketing campaigns, using best practices in marketing automation, lead management, and revenue marketing management.
• Development of campaign flow builds, emails, landing pages, and forms, media placements, tracking tags, etc.
• Driving and managing email marketing processes: assets utilization, target segmentation, and database management for maximum revenue.
• Creating dashboards showing key success metrics.
• Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 plus years of digital marketing experience
• 2 years of experience working with Marketing automation and CRM platforms (preferably Marketo , Salesforce). Certifications are added advantage.
• Experience in inbound/outbound marketing techniques, and demand generation (email, tradeshows , webinars, etc).
• Experience working with Marketing and Commercial stakeholders, in scoping and defining campaign requirements, including automation.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting, with emphasis on digital marketing analytics.
• Process-oriented thinker with strong problem-solving and technical aptitude.
• Flexibility, ability to change priorities quickly, and capacity to handle multiple tasks.

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs .
