Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Genesys Dialer Developer to design, configure, and support outbound dialing solutions using Genesys Engage or Genesys Cloud CX. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in dialer campaign setup, strategy development, and system integration to drive high-performance contact center operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage Genesys outbound dialer campaigns (predictive, progressive, preview).
Configure dialing strategies, contact lists, filters, and pacing rules.
Integrate dialer with CRMs, databases, and third-party APIs.
Monitor performance and ensure compliance with TCPA and DNC regulations.
Troubleshoot issues and optimize dialer operations.
Requirements:
3–5+ years of experience with Genesys Dialer (Engage or Cloud CX).
Proficiency in Strategy Designer , Composer , or Interaction Designer.
Strong skills in SQL , JavaScript , or VXML.
Solid understanding of telephony , CTI , and IVR systems.
Genesys certifications (preferred).
