Genex Systems is seeking an experienced ALSE Equipment Technician with United States Coast Guard (USCG) aviation experience. The selected candidate will join a growing team of engineers, technicians and subject matter experts that provide aviation C4ISR systems engineering services, technical assistance, and other services to the CG-413 Program Management Office in Elizabeth City, North Carolina.

SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Perform market research for ALSE equipment.
• Make recommendations related to purchase and sustainment of ALSE equipment.
• Draft operation and procedural manuals related to ALSE equipment.
• Perform inventory management functions, including identify sources of supply, Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDR), Form-Fit-Function (FFF) tests, Supply Item Change Request (SICR), and Service Requests (SR).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Six (6) years experience working with ALSE equipment, including: performance characteristics and capabilities, limitations of aircrew life saving and rescue-recovery equipment.
• Six (6) years experience working with aviation life support and rescue-recovery equipment including maintenance and safety requirements.
• Four (4) years experience in inventory management functions.
• Graduate of USCG Aviation Survival Mechanic (ASM)/Aviation Survival Technician (AST) Class “A” school or DoD service equivalent school.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Must be a United States Citizen.
