• Liaison between business and technical team
• Prepare the business flow diagram, AS-IS TO-BE document
• Analyze the business requirement and convert it into technical requirement for technical team
• Requirement gathering and clarification with SMEs Interface with business and IT teams
• Responsible for handling technical queries ensure adherence to standards, policies and compliance
• Champions a clear and structured approach to solutions
• Lead solution workshops to iterate and align on KPIs and reporting needs
