Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience planning, designing and building complex web sites and applications • A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline • Working knowledge of various CMS systems • Strong conceptual development, wireframing, layout and illustration skills • Expert experience in HTML 5/CSS3/Javascript/Jquery/Ajax, PHP • Expert experience writing object oriented Javascript and DOM manipulation • Prior use of JSON & XML Processors • Java/J2EE development experience • WebService Development on Java framework • Prior experience in interactive, responsive and adaptive design principles • Ability to work in a team environment todevelop and implement design. • Works collaboratively with stakeholders to understand constraints and expectations. • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast paced environment • Demonstrated ability to guide and facilitate, and/or lead a development team through complex tasks • Independently possesses the ability tod iagnose complex situations into manageable parts. • Experience working in an Agile development methodology Additional Qualifications (Bonus Points): • Previous experience working on small, focused development teams • Extensive experience with CMS systems including Drupal, Sling, Jackrabbit/Oak • Previous experience working in Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe CQ, Adobe CQ5, Day CQ, Day CRX, Day Communique WCM experience • SpringWS
