 Work you'll do/Responsibilities

• Work you'll do/Responsibilities
• 10+ years’ experience as an SAP consultant or architect, with a focus on SAP S/4 HANA HCM modules.
• Lead business requirement gathering, Solution Design, educate key client project team members, ensure overall ownership of solution design.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA HCM functionality, including organizational management, personnel administration, time management, payroll, and talent management.
• Strong understanding of integration concepts, including SAP integration technologies (PI/PO, RFC, IDoc, BAPI).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

What qualifications you need:

• * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  

What will give you an edge:

• SAP certifications in relevant modules (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA for SAP HCM) is a plus.
