    GENIUS FUND, a private equity fund focused on complete vertical integration in breakthrough industries, is seeking a reliable full-time EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/CHIEF OF STAFF to assist our HQ in maintaining communications, files, and improving general office efficiency. This position will be intimately involved in the company's day-to-day operations and will report directly to the Director of Ops.

    Our ideal candidate is well organized, highly motivated, and has an entrepreneurial spirit. We are growing incredibly quickly, meaning the successful Executive Assistant will be given significant responsibility and autonomy.     DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/CHIEF OF STAFF INCLUDE:

    • General clerical and administrative duties including, meeting and schedule coordination, preparing expense reports, producing correspondence, and travel coordination
    • Maintain an awareness of the Executive's obligations (internal and external) in order to proactively assist and/or anticipate needs
    • Effectively communicate and interact with employees at all levels
    • Treating highly confidential information with care
    • Other duties and tasks as assigned or as needed

    QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT INCLUDE:

    • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Economics, Finance, Business, or related field
    • Works well under pressure, able to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects and expectations
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Adept at quickly learning new processes and technologies
    • Strong interpersonal skills with great written and verbal communication
