    GENIUS FUND, a private equity fund focused on complete vertical integration in breakthrough industries, is seeking entry-level and/or experienced FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVES to join our sales force. The Field Sales Representative will work with business owners throughout Los Angeles to partner with the organization.

    As a full-time Sales Rep, you will be trained on our platform with the opportunity to generate business through interactive presentations to prospective clients. This position is a gateway to several other career opportunities at Genius Sales. This is a great opportunity to sharpen communication skills, negotiation tactics, and strategic planning skills. You'll receive monthly opportunities for performance-based non-monetary rewards, such as high-end electronics, gift cards, and tickets to concerts and sporting events..

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ENTRY LEVEL FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE INCLUDE:

    • Prospecting 40-60 business owners a day, 5 days a week
    • Utilizing proprietary verbal and written sales scripts to gain introductions and close deals
    • Understanding the specific needs of each client and be able to relay the Genius value proposition so that it resonates with each prospective client
    • Delivering presentations to clients on how the Genius operates and what they can expect
    • Maintaining customer records/data and uploading this into the company CRM on a daily basis.
    • Responding to customer inquiries

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE INCLUDE:

    • High School diploma required
    • Strong desire to control your own income
    • Verbal communication/presentation skills
    • Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline
    • Are open-minded with a passion for learning a wide-range of skills that will carry through a variety of career paths
