CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to user issues
· Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
· Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources
· Update user data and produce activity reports
· Walk users through problem solving process
· Follow up with users, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
· Utilize excellent service skills and exceed user expectations
· Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure
· Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
· Preserve and grow your knowledge of Online Customer Service procedures, products and services
ASSIST SALES DEPARTMENT IN ALL ASPECTS OF SALES ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
· Sales Order Processing, Review & Fulfillment
· Customer Service, Problem Solving and Attention to Detail
· Warehouse Shipping Coordination
· Multi Department Task Coordination of Inquires & Requests
· Data Entry of Department Related Records
· Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and Power Point.
· Excellent organization and Numerical reasoning skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
