    We are looking for a passionate web developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. You MUST have an eye for details, outstanding technique and a good sense of aesthetics as you will work closely with our digital designers and fashion editors. We're looking for someone self-motivated and looking to push the boundaries of frontend development techniques including pixel-perfect and cross browser HTML5 slicings, a lot of UI motion, CSS and Javascript frameworks.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    • Build cutting edge tools that will enhance the shopping experience of our customers.
    • Create clean and organized HTML and CSS code from creative designs.
    • Create interactive UI experiences using jQuery, JavaScript, AJAX, REST API, SASS, LESS or other CSS preprocessors.
    • Implement responsive web designs and craft solutions for layout and styling issues across multiple browsers and devices.
    • Work closely with the creative, design, marketing and BA teams to create state-of-the-art UI.
    • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
    • Solve challenges with out-of-the-box thinking.

    YOU:

    • Have a strong ( and we seriously mean it ) eye for details.
    • Have strong understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
    • Have strong understanding of JavaScript, its quirks, and workarounds.
    • Are an excellent, creative problem solver and multi-tasker.
    • Are self-directed, proactive, and able to define and execute projects independently.
    • Are highly organized and detail oriented strong analytical and quantitative skills required.
    • Are able to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
    • Learn quickly.

    REQUIERMENTS:

    • 3+ years of experience with frontend development using HTML, CSS and JS.
    • Experienced with CSS frameworks such as SASS and COMPASS.
    • Experienced in HTML5 (Canvas/WebGL/WebAudio API/Etc).
    • Experience with Shopify.
    • Experience with web interface development and frameworks (Ajax, Angular, Jquery, and similar).
    • Proficient understanding of cross-browser development including mobile.
    • Proven ability to stay current with best practices in front-end development.
