Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join our team. In this role, you will be an integral part of an established legal team, responsible for managing cases before they enter the litigation phase. You will perform legal research, gather accident details, file documents, and communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other relevant parties. The ideal candidate is hardworking and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Maintaining case files

Requesting and organizing medical records, bills, and other documentation

Assisting in the preparation and submission of demand packages to insurance companies

Monitoring case timelines and ensuring compliance with deadlines

Drafting correspondence and routine legal documents

Providing general administrative support to attorneys as needed

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years experience as a pre-litigation personal injury paralegal

Excellent understanding of personal injury pre-litigation legal procedures and terminology

Excellent people skills and ability to maintain professionalism with injured clients

Competent computer skills and ability to learn new programs quickly

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Highly organized with document management experience

Excellent research skills

Comfortable Microsoft Office and case management software

Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
