Required Skills

• Work directly with our Support/Jobsite operations team and assist in technical problems/issues as needed.
• Must possess a customer service mindset and a passion for technology and troubleshooting. 
• The ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail.
• Ability to travel to other offices and/or jobsites a plus.

Required Experience

• Pursuing an associate or bachelor degree in information technology (IT) or a related field.
• Demonstrated computer skills with Windows and Microsoft office products.
• Basic knowledge of computer setup and connecting its peripherals.
• Some experience in Active Directory Domain Services a plus.
• Some experience using HTML/CSS or any other modern programming language a plus.
• Some IT related work experience preferred.
