    We are seeking a dynamic and motivated IT SUPERVISOR in our Chesterfield, Missouri office. This candidate will lead a team of security professionals that ensure the safety of information systems assets and to protect systems from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction. Ensures the user community understands and adheres to necessary procedures to maintain security. May require familiarity with domain structures, user authentication and digital signatures. Requires an understanding of firewall theory and configuration. Has in-depth information security architecture knowledge. Must be able to weigh business needs against security concerns and articulate issues to management. Will coach and provide guidance to lower-level security professionals.

    Required Experience

    Education:

    +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Bachelor Degree (minimum) or equivalent experience; Information security | | certification preferred but not required. | +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+

     

     

    Experience:

     

    6 to 8 years of information security and or network security experience required.

     

     

    Computer Skills:

    Various security administration is preferred; particularly current SIEM, Anti-Malware, Active Directory, Windows, UNIX, Basic Networking, IDS/IPS, ISE, NAC, Privileged Access Management, Active Directory Automation Solutions are highly desirable.

     

    Other Requirements:

    Must be self-motivated, team oriented and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.   Candidate should possess strong organizational skills, be detail oriented, and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to problem solve. Strong sense of urgency and strong commitment to quality customer service is required.
