CompleteRx, a leader in hospital pharmacy management and consulting has an immediate need for a Pharmacy Technician to assist our pharmacy team in the preparation and distribution of drugs at our 150 bed hospital. As a Pharmacy Technician for CompleteRx you will work with a group of professionals who perpetually work to improve processes that enhance patient care, manage risk, integrate technology and align operations. POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Pharmacy Technician for CompleteRx you will procure and distribute drug orders per physician requests, pharmacist requests or prearranged work assignments according to established policies, procedures & protocols and within specified time frames. Contributing to the quality and efficiency of the pharmacy, you will fill physician orders, medication surgical kits, medication carts or medication requisitions, specialty items and bins accurately. Working cooperatively with hospital and pharmacy staff you will ensure pharmacy services are provided in a timely manner. The hourly wage begins at $10.00 and is based upon education and experience. The position is part time and as such cannot exceed 29 hours per week and is not eligible for health or leave benefits. However, the position may offer educational benefits through our professional development and educational assistance policies.
