  • Responsibilities

    The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting marketing projects that achieve Marketing & Company goals. The Marketing Coordinator will create, execute, and track various marketing projects as directed by Marketing Manager. The primary focus of the Marketing Coordinator is to facilitate necessary and essential product launch and promotion execution activities supporting growth of unit sales and revenue for ACE. She/he will work collaboratively across departments to find efficiencies, document and track campaign performance, and support sales initiatives.

    Required Skills

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 4 year degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
    • 2+ years of work experience, as part of a marketing team
    • Experience working both onsite and remotely
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple, concurrent projects
    • Strong time management skills and ability to proactively react quickly to schedule changes
    • Ability to work independently, using direction/ guidance from manager
    • Ability to use creative problem-solving techniques in response to time sensitive issues
    • Excellent written and verbal communication with pro-active follow-up skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, project management software (Wrike), and web reporting tools (Google Analytics).

     

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Passion for digital marketing and tracking performance of campaigns
    • Experience with basic creation of digital assets like social graphics and PPT charts
    • Ability to lead projects, including product builds, and coordinate deliverables across team
    • Build spreadsheets, project plans, templates, as needed to support campaign planning

     

    Required Experience

    • Create promotion strategy documents outlining all campaign execution details, incorporating feedback and getting manager and SME approvals.
    • Maintain and update promotion calendars and communicate plans out to team.
    • Gather creative assets for review by manager and other stakeholders and return feedback to creative team.
    • Support execution of multi-channel marketing plans (email, social, PPC/search, print, direct) to drive consumer product sales.
    • Track and log campaign performance via reports and promotion results for future planning.
    • Coordinate launch activities for new courses and webinars, including form submissions, site build instructions, copy and art direction, etc.
    • Organize and execute communication in support of marketing initiatives including partner emails, social announcements, enewsletter banner campaigns, etc.
    • Conduct regular competitive analysis and track promotions and offers.
    • Partner with other teams to ensure seamless customer communications across channels.
    • Work with other departments as needed to deliver price and product forms.
    • Align with ACE mission, vision, values and programs, to effectively represent ACE across assets.
    • Other duties as assigned.
