    KPS Global is looking for a Marketing Specialist, to join it's Marketing team in Fort Worth, TX.

    The Marketing Specialist would be an integral member of the marketing team, interfacing with sales, internal departments and external agencies to ensure defined goals and objectives are achieved while also supporting our sales organization with Marketing efforts.

    Required Skills

    • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop thought leadership content such as blogs, white papers, case studies, and articles. Taking ideas and turning them into content that can be used on the website or in the sales process.
    • Manage the content calendar and proactively uncover new opportunities for content creation and distribution that align with overall business and marketing objectives.
    • Manage/Track/Distribute sales leads generated through the website including updating in CRM and lead-management tools. Leverage internal subject matter experts to respond to questions coming in from the website.
    • Staying up to date on the latest industry trends to the organization by reviewing trade publications and listening tools and distributing those as appropriate on a daily/weekly basis.
    • Responsible for the communication of wins to the organization on a scheduled cadence.
    • Provide Sales Team support for sharing samples, brochures and presentation requests including maintaining inventory of those items.
    • Maintain the trade show calendar and support activities around the shows as well as customer conferences.
    • Track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events and report KPIs
    • Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs or deliverables
    • Evaluate and recommend opportunities to improve performance of marketing programs
    • Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
    • Recommending and developing additional content for company website (optimization, functionality, content etc)
    • Support New Product Marketing as needed
    • Other duties as assigned

    Required Experience

    We are looking for someone who is self-motivated to perform at a high level, can think strategically to make sure their work aligns with business goals, is process oriented, and can effectively prioritize and manage tasks. The ideal candidate will have the following:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
    • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software and applications, graphics software and various marketing tools
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, both, in the office and remotely with team members across the country
    • Detail-oriented with strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
    • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills
    • Ability to travel as necessary
    • Experience in a B2B marketing environment preferred
    • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects with competing priorities effectively
