Our mission is to ensure students continue receiving quality education when their regular teachers are unavailable.We are hiring dependable Substitute Teachers available on Mondays and Fridays to support our partner schools during their highest-demand days.

Position: Substitute Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom coverage when teachers are absent 

• Deliver and follow lesson plans prepared by the regular teacher

• Maintain a positive, safe, and productive learning environment

• Adapt quickly to various grade levels and classroom settings

• Follow district and school policies

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Prior teaching or substitute experience is a plus

• Strong communication and classroom management skills

• Dependable, punctual, and flexible
