Responsibilities: • Manage personal injury litigation cases. • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. • Conduct and defend depositions, mediations, and hearings. • Collaborate on case strategy with senior attorneys, ensuring client-centered representation. • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, insurance adjusters, and medical providers. • Ensure thorough file management and compliance with deadlines. Qualifications: • 2 - 6 years of experience in personal injury law. • Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and case management abilities. • Ability to balance empathy for clients with a strong courtroom presence. • Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia. Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 + bonuses yearly
