    Ripple Effect Consulting is looking for an Staff Level Geotechnical Engineer who can work in a leadership role within our client’s Geotechnical division in Colorado.

    Description:

    Perform geotechnical investigations and analyses to assess subsurface and site conditions.

    Plan and conduct geotechnical exploration programs effectively.

    Perform field and laboratory investigations for geotechnical engineering and geological study projects.

    Analyze geotechnical findings, perform appropriate calculations, and prepare technical reports for review by senior geotechnical engineers.

    Provide direction to technical team during field inspection activities.

    Interact with customers and team members to complete the assigned projects on-time.

    Evaluate team performance and determine training needs to meet performance objectives.

    Perform basic office administration tasks when needed.

    Required Skills:

    Bachelors of Science in Geotechnical, Geologic, or Civil Engineering or related field.

    1-2 years of related work experience within the State of Utah.

    Proficient in soil mechanics.

    Able to creatively apply engineering principals to solve new problems.

    Good written and verbal communication skills.

    Able to work effectively in teams.
