    Human Resource Generalist Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced, reliable payroll specialist to join our growing company. In this role you will oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

    HR Generalist Duties and Responsibilities

    Process weekly payroll for 2 legal entities with high level of accuracy

    Demonstrates respect and integrity for highly confidential payroll information

    Work with managers to audit timesheets accurately to ensure wages and benefits are properly distributed

    Research, analyze, and resolve all discrepancies, reporting to management as needed

    Compute and process all contractor invoices and payments

    Maintain all vendor spiff programs and process submissions

    Process Instant Rebate submission

    Assist in other Accounting Office functions

    HR Generalist Requirements and Qualifications

    EXCEPTIONAL ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND ACCURACY!

    High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s' degree preferred

    High level experience using Microsoft Excel (beginner to intermediate level)

    Pivotal Table and Vlookup experience preferred

    Experience with ADP Workforce Now Software Preferred

    Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

    Aptitude for numbers and exceptional commitment to accuracy

    Team-player with excellent interpersonal skills

    Outstanding problem solving and analytical thinking skills

    Ability to prioritize tasks
