THE COMPANY

Trisolute Software Corp. is a growing software company passionate about establishing the New Dashboard, an award-winning SEO tool, to enable news publishers to gain insight into their visibility in Google News and the Google SERPs (search engine results pages), helping lead to a successful SEO strategy.

THE POSITION

We're looking for a skilled accountant local to the Phoenix area to join our growing US team.

ABOUT YOU

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• You bring a minimum of 2+ years of demonstrated ability to provide detailed level of bookkeeping support.
• You're a confident problem solver.
• You'll bring your experience in developing strong remote team relationships based on trust, accountability, integrity, and sharing of best practices.
• Willingness to consistently and accurately follow established policies and procedures.
• Capacity and commitment to work between 10-20 hours per week.
• Native or equivalent level English proficiency.

YOUR TASKS

• General accounting duties:
  • accounts payable, accounts receivable, closing books on a monthly basis and preparing financial reporting and analysis for a small business.
  • payroll experience with ADP or similar.
• Invoicing, Dunning, as well as checking incoming payments.
• Coordinate accounting matters with transfers of other departments, locations, and divisions.
• Experience with MS Office products and accounting software preferred.
