    Company Description:

    ****knippershelbig is a multidisciplinary team of structural and façade engineers, with offices in Stuttgart, New York and Berlin. We plan, develop, and design a diverse range of innovative structures and building enclosures: educational institutions, residential buildings, and office blocks; museums, bridges, and stadia; airports, public artwork, and sculptures.

    Position Description:

    The candidate will be managing the office routine of a small German engineering studio (ca. 11 employees) in Downtown Manhattan (FiDi). The position is part time (2 or 3 days per week, max. 20 hours).

    Responsibilities:

    As Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for office management duties, including:

    • ****Office organization * Office equipment and supplies * Office maintenance * Filing/scanning bills and receipts * Coordinating travel and M&E expenses * Managing subscriptions and contracts
    • Coordination and communication
      • Managing general E-mail folder
      • Answering phone calls
      • Travel and hotel booking
      • New employees introduction
      • Coordination with HR

    Requirements:

    The candidate should be motivated and friendly, with strong communication and organization skills. Fluent English language skills required, German language skills preferred. Past experience in office management or administrative assistant preferred.
