Quality Systems Manager
Job Description
GENERAL PURPOSE:
Red Wing Shoe Company is seeking a Quality Systems Manager to lead all aspects of the ISO program for Red Wing Shoe Company and ensure continuity of certification at all locations. This position is also responsible for assuring complete and accurate Quality Systems Procedures for all locations and that all required training is completed. This position also provides quality systems data reporting and analysis for all company locations.

Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from four year college or university and five years related experience/training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
