    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    • License to practice law with good standing in the state bar. 4+ years of experience in estate planning and probate law.
    • Strong understanding of federal and state estate, gift, and income tax laws.
    • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail and efficiency.
    • Compassionate and client-oriented approach, with the ability to handle sensitive matters discreetly.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide expert legal advice and services in estate planning, including the drafting of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
    • Guide executors and beneficiaries through the probate process, ensuring the efficient and compliant administration of estates.
    • Manage trust administration, advising trustees on their duties and overseeing the proper distribution of trust assets. Offer strategic planning for estate and gift taxes, including the preparation and filing of related tax returns.
    • Represent clients in estate, trust, and fiduciary litigation matters. Advise on asset protection strategies and charitable giving. Assist business owners with succession planning, ensuring a seamless transition that aligns with their personal and business objectives. Address elder law issues, such as Medicaid planning, guardianships, and conservatorships.
    • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing updates and advice as needed. Ensure all legal processes comply with federal and state laws and regulations
