The Day-to-Day :

• Develop and execute a unified strategy, setting challenging goals for growth, market presence, performance, and profitability across each of the firm’s businesses utilizing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). EOS knowledge "preferred" but not required.
• Directly manage Firm's attorneys and legal support staff.
• Enhance the firm's brand reputation by ensuring the highest standards of legal and advisory services, cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders, leveraging marketing and PR strategies, and actively participating in relevant industry associations and events.
• Drive new business development and corporate development initiatives to identify growth opportunities and expand the client base organically and via mergers and acquisitions.
• Own the firm’s KPIs, scorecard, identify trends, and proactively address issues.
• Partner with the leadership team to foster a culture of operational excellence by establishing efficient processes, implementing technological advancements, and promoting continuous improvement to drive productivity and profitability.
• Ensure the firm meets all legal and regulatory requirements related to each of its business units, oversee compliance efforts, and promote a strong ethical culture throughout the organization.

Keys for Success

Your Background :

• 8+ years of senior leadership experience in a service-driven business, ideally legal or another professional service industry.
• Knowledge and experience working with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) or similar framework "preferred" but not required.
