A large part of the Generalist position will focus on talent acquisition. This position will report to the Director of Human Resources.

    EXPERIENCE:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    A sneak-peek into the day-to-day of the position...

    Support the full cycle recruitment process, conducts interviews, background checks, and drafts offer letters

    • Develops, executes, and manages a direct marketing recruiting strategy comprised of outbound cold calls, messaging, and other forms of communication to reach a target audience and solicit referrals for open positions
    • Manages the traditional online resources and other resources for developing candidate pipelines
    • Partner with hiring managers, to develop innovative sourcing, recruitment strategies, and outreach opportunities to attract diverse, qualified candidates
    • Evaluate and post job opportunities, write and place advertisements
    • Build talent pipeline for current and future job opportunities to include past applicants referred and passive candidates
    • Oversee all stages of the candidate experience; application, screening, scheduling, interviews, communication
    • Compile reports on weekly employment activity, maintain metrics to measure results and maintain employee and applicant documentation as dictated by state law
    • Completes necessary reference checks on candidate’s background and work experience
    • Negotiates salary, terms, and conditions of employment with candidates
    • Maintains regular contact to and develops relationships with active clients and referral sources to identify current staffing needs and requirements, projected openings, and potential new business opportunities

    EDUCATION:

    • High School
    • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university (preferred)
    • SHRM or HRCi Accredited (preferred)
