    Overview:

    As a Business Intelligence and Data Analytics at Gesture, you will play a key role in extracting valuable insights from vast datasets, contributing to data-driven decision-making processes, and implementing cutting-edge machine learning algorithms. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems, optimize processes, and drive innovation in a dynamic tech environment.

    We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Intelligence and Data Analytics to join our dynamic team. You will contribute to the development and implementation of cutting-edge data solutions that drive business insights and innovation.

    Responsibilities:

    Data Analysis and Modeling:

    • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
    • Develop and implement predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.

    Data Preparation and Cleaning:

    • Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
    • Work with data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and ensure efficient data flow.

    Statistical Analysis:

    • Conduct statistical analysis to derive actionable insights from data.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics for measuring model effectiveness.

    Model Evaluation and Optimization:

    • Evaluate model performance and refine algorithms to improve accuracy and efficiency.
    • Implement best practices for model deployment and monitor model performance in real-world scenarios.
    • Build predictive models to forecast business trends and support strategic decision-making.
    • Continuously refine models based on feedback and changing business requirements.

    Data Visualization:

    • Communicate complex findings through data visualization tools and techniques.
    • Create clear and compelling visualizations to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.

    Collaboration and Communication:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and business analysts.
    • Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations.

    Continuous Learning:

    • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science.
    • Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster a culture of learning and innovation.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
    • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
    • Solid understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, and data modeling.
    • Experience with data visualization tools and libraries.
    • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
    • Knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
