- Monitor client information to ensure proper data entry
- Administer network security measures to prevent system interruptions or breaches
- Ensure professionalism with each client you are in contact with
- Document all details of customer needs/ concerns
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience with Customer Service
- Knowledge of computer
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Must be able to work remote with no supervision
