    We are seeking a CSR to join our virtual team! You will have the option to work in office or remote office setting.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage all aspects of customer issues
    • Maintain healthy professional relationships with clients/ your team
    • Monitor client information to ensure proper data entry
    • Administer network security measures to prevent system interruptions or breaches
    • Ensure professionalism with each client you are in contact with
    • Document all details of customer needs/ concerns

    • Previous experience with Customer Service
    • Knowledge of computer
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
    • Must be able to work remote with no supervision
