    We are looking for an experienced demand gen and marketing automation guru spearhead our digital and integrated marketing efforts.

    Who Are You?

    You are a self-starter, self-motivated, highly organized, and have an amazing attention to detail. You have both an analytical mind, yet love getting creative with new content ideas. You have several years under your belt working with marketing automation software, CRM software and love tweaking campaigns to get the optimal result.  

    You learn from others, teach those around you, and truly care about the people you work with.

    What You’ll do

    This is a critical member of the marketing team. You will plan and execute marketing campaigns, across applicable channels. You are a digital and email expert, able to develop and execute content & email campaigns that drive prospects into, and further through the funnel. Key responsibilities include formulating and executing strategies and tactics for content syndication, email outreach, lead nurturing programs, campaign management, lead lifecycle integration with Base, and reporting on lead flow/progress.

    You will also manage and execute strategies for tradeshows, and other lead-generation activities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Marketing Automation Programs: Develop and execute highly-effective demand generation programs using Hubspot, Base, and other tools. Programs include: email, nurture, content, digital, social and web.

    • Tradeshow/Events: Manage various aspects of lead-generating events including pre-show outreach, post-show lead upload, event coordination, and onsite show support if necessary.

    • Analytics & Reporting: Manage reporting dashboards on lead status and campaign effectiveness to help optimize our top-level marketing strategies. Drive the lead follow-up process for all campaigns and track program performance.

    • Content Syndication: Partner with PMM team to develop compelling content campaigns, identify best places for syndication, track the success of campaigns. Manage the content creation calendar.

    • Website Frontend for Demand Gen: Collaborate PMM and design to craft landing pages to capture leads via company website.

    Who you are

    • 6-7+ years of relevant B2B demand generation experience in a startup environment. Experience targeting enterprises and small businesses preferred.

    • Mastered the art of creating marketing programs with a great ROI.

    • Demonstrated an ability to manage multiple projects, programs and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    • Mastery of CRM and marketing automation systems (We use Hubspot & Base).

    • Experience with integrating marketing solutions, and ensuring the integrity of data.

    • Passionate using data to drive marketing insights & strategies. You love accessing and manipulating data across multiple sources to develop actionable insights.

    • Experience with Google Analytics, ability to set goals.

    • Stickler for details and creating beautiful content and ensuring deadlines are met.

    • Someone who loves to work hard and have fun.

    • Excellent collaborator and strong writer.
