    The Inside Sales Representative for the Federal Sales Team will work closely with GETAC's Federal Account Executives to increase net new company revenue throughout the supported area. The ISR will support the Federal Sales Team and its Channel Partners with qualified leads/opportunities that are viable prospects for immediate sales attention. The ISR is the ‘direct-touch' liaison between GETAC's outside sales team and GETAC's internal resources for all sales related issues. The ISR has the ability to contribute to GETAC's overall business development and support of our business partners. This position balances:

    • Operational Sales Support
    • Database Management / Lead Vetting
    • Pre / post-sales activities with the main focus of growing the sales funnel/pipeline and achieving sales revenue growth.

    Essential Job Duties

    • Lead generation – pre-qualify leads from WEB, call-ins (phone) and tradeshow prospects, prior to submission to Sales Team for follow-up.
    • Database Management for Team/Channel Partners on possible new sales opportunity recruitment. Data input requires current and accurate analysis of sales channel pipeline on a weekly basis using Salesforce.
    • Interacts daily with Team/Channel Partners - providing quotes and support for requests, follows-up on sales orders, reviews/verifies incoming PO's, assists with demo requests, co-ordinates partner sales training, escalates service issues.
    • Efficient communication with Team/Channel Partners regarding rules of engagement and business operating procedures with GETAC to ensure effective communication between all parties.
    • Closes out shipped opportunities in Salesforce and provides SPA #, PO# from distribution, & tracking number in latest updates.
    • Monitors BI for orders received in area and matches information to a corresponding opportunity in Salesforce.
    • Manages ‘deals desk' and/or dealer price protection process and tracking, while maintaining channel program records of correspondence, bid requests, credit collection.
    • Ensures Team and Business Partners are up-to-date with current pricing, marketing/sales collateral and products/services information.
    • Increase and Monitor pipeline for Team, scheduling meetings and product presentations with potential clients.
    • Initiate customization requests to Solutions Architects via Salesforce.
    • Manage and support Team daily order process including quote and product configuration verification.
    • Provide Team with weekly inventory report for current availability of GETAC inventory status for quick sales.
    • Ability to present product training seminars to Channel Partners with Team.

    Other Duties:

    • Attends staff, departmental, and required meetings.
    • Travel to all team business reviews
    • Travel to Trade Shows and Partner Presentations

    Experience & Education:

    • Requires 3+ years of sales account management. Ability to multi-task projects and escalates Pre-sales issues in a timely manner.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Must have prior industry knowledge on computer products and hardware/software vendors by industry verticals.
    • Proven success communicating and collaborating with both technical and non-technical audiences. Self-driven and well-organized.
    • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Experience with cold calling, lead generation and qualifying potential clients / Web Research. Excellent verbal and written skills are needed.
    • Knowledge of sales proposal management (RFQ, NDA, RFI) and coordination with internal departments for document submittal.
    • Strong pro-active initiative to learn about new product releases and improving personal sales recruitment skills.
    • Experience with internal sales distribution and forecasting systems and contracts management processes are required.
    • Prior experience in a position that interfaces with internal company business units, HQ business units and 3rd party business partners is desired.

    Travel:

    • Occasional local travel.
    • Must have a valid California Driver's License, proof of current vehicle insurance and a driving record that meets the companies insurer's criteria; must be able to use own vehicle in the course of work.

    Pay Range:

    $75,000 - $105,000 (OTE)
