    Job Description

    Getac is adding to the team! The Digital Marketing Specialist works independently and is responsible for supporting the global marketing team with marketing automation, inbound marketing, lead generation and nurturing activities through Eloqua and Salesforce. The ideal candidate should have a broad understanding of of account-based marketing processes, be a creative thinker and excellent communicator as well as have an understanding of how to take corporate and local objectives and convert them into actionable marketing related campaigns.

    ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

    • Have a strong understanding of what it takes to be a team player
    • Creative thinker and story teller. Must be able to effectively verbalize thoughts and ideas to help Getac US gain vertical brand recognition.
    • Must be able to create compelling and engaging copy, and be proficient with proofreading and editing.
    • Build, edit, test, and launch highly segmented digital campaigns across channels including inbound, social, email and paid platforms.
    • Execute strategic segmented email campaigns across various industries to meet campaign objectives
    • Maintain campaign performance reports including Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google AdWords and other channels for review by internal stake holders
    • Must understand basic design principals and have a working understanding of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
    • Effectively communicate with regional teams and directors
    • Work with cross-functional teams through implementation and compliance to produce effective communications and desired outcomes
    • Collaborate with internal and external teams, and vendors including IT, graphic designers, and product marketing to optimize the design, content, targeting & messaging
    • Help plan and schedule various campaigns for deployment including but not limited to email, social and paid platforms
    • Ensures Getac branding standards are upheld across all channels and reporting
    • Generate creative campaign concepts and ideas
    • Assist with additional projects as needed

    EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Marketing or Communications
    • 1-3 years’ experience in Marketing field
    • Marketing automation experience required (Eloqua preferred)
    • Knowledge of automation workflows and email sequences required
    • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills; strong client interface and presentation skills are preferred
    • Demonstrated ability to drive toward results
    • Problem-solver, multi-tasker, able to work independently to meet deadlines
    • Must be able to thrive in a highly dynamic, flexible work environment
    • Strong strategic thinking, creative problem solving and analytical skills
    • Technical proficiency and knowledge in MS Office 365 (OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • Experience with digital marketing tools
    • Adobe Creative Cloud Experience
    • Possess a basic understanding of paid ad platforms
    • Event and trade show experience
