    Job Description

    Getcoins is one of the leading retail Bitcoin exchanges in the country. We operate a network of physical exchange kiosks where users are able to instantly exchange between cash and a virtual currency of their choice. We strive to provide our customers with the safest and most convenient way to exchange virtual currencies. Our vision is to build the largest network of virtual currency exchange kiosks in the country.

    We're hiring for our client engagement team, which provides customer support to our users and also handles some aspects of social media outreach.

    Spanish/bilingual communication skills are a plus.

    This position entails weekend support

    Fri-Mon: 8AM-6PM

    Tue, Wed, Thur: Off

    Responsibilities

    • Answering incoming customer phone calls, text messages, emails and social media messages (Approximately 20-30 customer inquiries per day across all channels.)
    • Contacting clients to conduct additional account verification, via email or phone call
    • Social media posting/engagement
    • Creating processes to improve or automate your workflow
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Able to make quick decisions autonomously

    • Natural problem solver

    • Enjoy helping people

    • Comfortable talking to customers over the phone

    • Strong written English communication skills required. Spanish fluency highly desirable.

    • Familiarity with virtual currencies is a plus

    • Familiarity with Zendesk is a plus
