Getcoins is one of the leading retail Bitcoin exchanges in the country. We operate a network of physical exchange kiosks where users are able to instantly exchange between cash and a virtual currency of their choice. We strive to provide our customers with the safest and most convenient way to exchange virtual currencies. Our vision is to build the largest network of virtual currency exchange kiosks in the country.
We're hiring for our client engagement team, which provides customer support to our users and also handles some aspects of social media outreach.
Spanish/bilingual communication skills are a plus.
This position entails weekend support
Fri-Mon: 8AM-6PM
Tue, Wed, Thur: Off

Comfortable talking to customers over the phone
Strong written English communication skills required. Spanish fluency highly desirable.
Familiarity with virtual currencies is a plus
Familiarity with Zendesk is a plus
