RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage all aspects of the networking platform
• Troubleshoot network & system issues
• Meet with customers online to discuss and determine the needs of the client
• Perform routine contact with the customer to ensure quality service year after year
• Administer proper security and confidentiality measures while working over the internet and face to face with clients
• Attend virtual office meetings with Supervisors as needed- attend in office meetings when needed
• Document customer/client information for the verification team

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Great customer service is a MUST
• Knowledge of computer and software
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

This role will be dealing with insurance benefits. You will be interviewing with the insurance agency directly.
