RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all aspects of the networking platform
- Troubleshoot network & system issues
- Meet with customers online to discuss and determine the needs of the client
- Perform routine contact with the customer to ensure quality service year after year
- Administer proper security and confidentiality measures while working over the internet and face to face with clients
- Attend virtual office meetings with Supervisors as needed- attend in office meetings when needed
- Document customer/client information for the verification team
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Great customer service is a MUST
- Knowledge of computer and software
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
This role will be dealing with insurance benefits. You will be interviewing with the insurance agency directly.
