Job Description
I need a creative AI software engineer that is constantly testing LLMs in different applications and usages. Someone who is creative in their approach. You create chat bots to talk to other chat bots just to hear what they have to say. You create fun and unique ways to implement AI. If coding is how you express your creativity, and its not just a job, I want to Zoom with you.
Must have end to end experience using different models, datasets, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG, sentence window retrieval and node tuning, as well as deploying.
This is a contract to hire. I prefer to hire locally, but will consider remote for the right candidate.
Also looking for the perfect candidate who wants to lead a team, CFO position will be open soon, therefore looking for someone who has also managed developers and development projects.

I think of my Mom when she would accidentally hit a button on the TV remote and it would change everything and she would have to call me to help her get the TV back to "normal". What if she was able to just tell the TV to do what she wanted and it did? Then she could have just call to talk :)
