Responsibilities: • Full responsibility for litigation of a case from the beginning stages of pleading, through discovery, motion practice, mediation, and arbitration or trial, ability to collaborate with, and learn from, other extremely experienced attorneys in challenging work; • Transactional experience in drafting contracts, and various purchase and sale agreements is a plus Qualifications: • California License to Practice Law • Minimum 8 to 10 years of litigation experience • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision • Great work ethic including prompt responses to clients and other communication • Team player attitude to work cordially and efficiently with other attorneys and office staff • Ability to attend court hearings in person and remotely • Well-versed in Westlaw, Lexis/Nexis, or other legal research media • Great writing abilities including attention to detail in all court documents and correspondence • Good communication skills and a can-do attitude • A commitment to helping clients is of utmost concern • Unselfish dedication to teamwork is a must Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 yearly
