    Attorney, Signing Bonus, Health Insurance, Retirement Benefits, and Flexible Hours: We need a California-licensed Attorney who can take responsibility for a business litigation matter from start to finish. We have a happy place where work comes first but relationships matter. Our small firm offers great support staff to take on the administrative tasks and allow you to concentrate on legal work. Remote work is a possibility after the initial period in the office to show competency. Responsibilities: • Full responsibility for litigation of a case from the beginning stages of pleading, through discovery, motion practice, mediation, and arbitration or trial, ability to collaborate with, and learn from, other extremely experienced attorneys in challenging work; • Transactional experience in drafting contracts, and various purchase and sale agreements is a plus Qualifications: • California License to Practice Law • Minimum 8 to 10 years of litigation experience • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision • Great work ethic including prompt responses to clients and other communication • Team player attitude to work cordially and efficiently with other attorneys and office staff • Ability to attend court hearings in person and remotely • Well-versed in Westlaw, Lexis/Nexis, or other legal research media • Great writing abilities including attention to detail in all court documents and correspondence • Good communication skills and a can-do attitude • A commitment to helping clients is of utmost concern • Unselfish dedication to teamwork is a must Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 yearly
