Responsibilities: • Full responsibility for litigation of a case from the beginning stages of pleading, through discovery, motion practice, mediation, and arbitration or trial, ability to collaborate with, and learn from, other extremely experienced attorneys in challenging work Qualifications: • California License to Practice Law • Minimum 8 to 10 years of litigation experience • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision • Great work ethic including prompt responses to clients and other communication • Team player attitude to work cordially and efficiently with other attorneys and office staff • Ability to attend court hearings in person and remotely • Well-versed in Westlaw, Lexis/Nexis, or other legal research media • Great writing abilities including attention to detail in all court documents and correspondence • An attitude of giving where helping clients is of utmost concern Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 yearly
