    NOW, ABOUT YOU:

    You are passionate about recruitment, process and connecting great talent with great opportunities. You have a magnetic personality and people gravitate to you and want to work with you. You seek out clients that want to roll up their sleeves in order to attract some bad-ass teammates. You are creative and come up with ways to spark relationships, whether through social media, networking or serendipitous events. 

    We prefer someone with:

    • At least 1-2 years of experience in lead generation/business development
    • Experience/exposure to the technical recruitment space
    • Social media experience and email campaigns (Hubspot or similar platform) is a huge plus.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:

    You will be blazing the growth path of GiGuru, researching, attracting and connecting with companies that need help hiring more awesome team members for their growing teams. You will be targeting small to mid-sized technology companies; those that lack a recruitment resource, hiring process or both! You will work on creative ways to get in front of these types of prospects, coming up with social media strategies, researching/attending networking events and searching using LinkedIn.

    WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
