    Our client is a rapidly growing, tech startup which is transforming the $1.2 trillion logistics industry. They connect enterprise shippers to carriers on an automated platform.

    They are searching for a sharp and data-driven Channel Sales Leader who will help them revolutionize the logistics industry by playing an integral role in a forward-thinking, fast-paced startup. This position will play a key role in growing the channel partnerships and the company's business. This role will help win, maintain, and expand relationships based on geography, channel, or market.

    The Channel Director will be responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives. Representing the entire platform-as-a-service (PaaS) to partners that may focus on a specific solution or product set, the Channel Director will leverage a strong consultant approach.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Build a strong channel development program by proactively recruiting new qualifying partners, assessing, clarifying, and validating partner needs on an ongoing basis
    • Collaborate with internal cross-functional stakeholders to leverage existing sales enablement, global partner enablement, services and customer success on messaging, methodology and best practices
    • Maintain a high level of business impact for pipeline generation and deal progression
    • Produce results independently as well as collaboratively based on success metrics developed with the Executive Team
    • Lead solution development efforts that best address end user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner stakeholders
    • Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements

    REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Minimum of 5 years experience in enterprise sales, channels sales, and partner management
    • Software solutions expertise required, built relationships within the logistics and supply chain industry preferred
    • Exceptional track record of leveraging a partner ecosystem to build and close deals in a territory by working across all levels of the organization, from developer to the executive ranks; and demonstrate history of closing significant software licensing deals
    • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
    • Understand and do what it takes to execute in a rapidly growing and changing environment
