Benefits Advisor Representative Overview:

We're looking for diligent Benefits Advisor Rep to join our team! If you are the right one for us, you will be people-oriented and enjoy helping them with their questions about insurance health coverage and you will think of conversations with customers as more than a job, but educating others on their options when losing coverage, transitioning employers, or leaving a family plan.

Responsibilities of a Benefits Advisor Representative:

Your typical day will include:

• Providing support over the phone and going over a client's health information, then advising them with personalized solutions.
• Work with any claims that your customers make on the policy.
• Education and information on all plans available in the market.
• Navigate the customer to the most appropriate plan that suits their needs.
• Performing any other responsibilities as required for the role.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Salary: $45,000.00 - $98,851.90 per year

Supplemental pay types:

• COMMISSION ONLY POSITION
• BONUSES
• RESIDUAL INCOME

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Alpharetta, GA 30022: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
