Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law and a passion for delivering exceptional legal support to our clients. This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of real estate matters and collaborate with a team of talented professionals. Furthermore we do not require you to come into the office as this is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice to assigned cases to a close
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including paralegals and support staff, to ensure efficient and effective legal services.
Represent clients in negotiations, meetings, and court proceedings as required.
Provide guidance and support to clients in compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in California.
Excellent knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Team player with a collaborative mindset.
Demonstrated commitment to client satisfaction and ethical conduct.
