    Gibson Sothebys at The SampsonGroup in the Back Bay is currently seeking a creative, organized and detail oriented tech savvy assistant who will support the mission and help drive business while maintaining systems in place. Think on your own feet and help increase transactions. Take charge and organize. Have fun working open houses, selling and renting homes. Think outside the box. Help grow the team and take your earnings even higher. This is a professional position on Newbury Street in the heart of Back Bay Boston. Responsibilities: • Working on new marketing and advertising materials • Content creation, property marketing • Create, coordinate, and implement marketing campaigns • Work with Microsoft, Adobe, InDesign and MailChimp • Designing promotional marketing materials (flyers, postcards, brochures) • Creation and maintenance of company pages on relevant social media: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube • Test and implement new ideas and strategies • Track data to better determine ROI • Service lead generation systems • Manage the sales process and speak directly with clients. • Managing clients and their files • Speak regularly with clients to create raving fans • Run Open Houses • Show and sell properties Qualifications: • Some previous real estate experience • Previous marketing experience is a PLUS • Experienced with systems and tools of marketing, design and project-management • You are a self starter and passionate about your work • You can think on your own and be a problem solver • You’re a team player who will enjoy being part of a team • Understand your efforts directly affect you, the agent and the client • Ready to contribute, follow and put systems in place • Have a real estate license or ready to be licensed • Organized and detail oriented Compensation: $75,000
