Job Description:
We are searching for a person who will empower, encourage, and hold accountable the owners and managers of Gideon after-school learning centers. You will work closely with them in their first year to build their business, client relationships, and staff. With a small team of support staff, you will collaborate and problem-solve to guide each center owner and manager toward success, both professionally and personally.

The Basics:
In-person
Part-time (can become full-time)
Flexible schedule during business hours
$20-$25 / hr
Responsibilities:
You will work one-on-one with up to ten owners or managers throughout a month. You will host regularly scheduled calls to prepare new franchisees for their Gideon Math and Reading Center. This will include project managing, identifying wins and opportunities for improvement, and troubleshooting. You will assist in many aspects of owning a Gideon center: business, technologies, as well as soft skills and relationship building. Some admin work may be required.
Qualifications / Skills / Experience:
Love seeing others succeed and even more, you love helping them reach that success
Detail-oriented whether its grammar, an Excel sheet, or a certain phrase used in a conversation
Organized without issue to keep others on track
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written,
Communication style is assertive, firm, yet friendly; You don't shy away from hard conversations
Able to use resources or ask for help when presented a problem or challenge
Open to learning and growing even if it is out of your comfort zone
Excited to grow with a company
Retail, coaching, or consulting experience preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including, not exclusive to Teams, Excel, Outlook) preferred
