ABOUT THE FINANCE TEAM 

As the Chief Financial Officer you will be tasked with bringing a dynamic and immense level of leadership to the table and will need to be able to act as a data-driven individual between finance and strategy. At Gifthealth, we ensure that the internal team and every patient, partner, and customer we work with is met with excellence. We are problem solvers who think on our feet and deliver results.

HOW YOU'LL HELP US IMPROVE HEALTHCARE

• Own the financial and capital strategies, with the core mission of managing the finance function during expected rapid growth, multiple funding stages, and an eventual exit
• Prepare all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, and tax returns, among others
• Coordinate, prepare, and review monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• Oversee development, deals, acquisitions, and fundraising
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting and create and maintain budgeting tools
• Develop and maintain necessary accounting policies and systems

A FEW THINGS ABOUT YOU

• 5+ years of upward trajectory with demonstrated quantitative finance experience 
• Experience leading a post-Series A start-up, ideally multiple times 
• Previous experience with capital fundraising for high growth startups 
• Experience building, mentoring, and leading a finance team 
• Entrepreneurial character, dedicated hard-working mindset
• Experience with Xero, QuickBooks, and Gusto preferred
