GigSmart is looking for a Workforce Solutions Consultant to promote our Get Workers staffing technology platform!
Role:
As a Workforce Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new qualified leads with prospects within GigSmart's core industries. You will work with the National Sales Manager to identify and qualify potential new customers.
Please note: this is a commission only role with unlimited earning potential. This position will not be considered an employee of GigSmart, but rather an independent contractor.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling staffing solutions to the following industries and more:
Restaurants and Hospitality
Warehousing and Logistics
Event Management
Construction and Landscaping
Retail
Manufacturing
In addition to experience, the ideal candidate will also have the following skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers
Ability to work independently with limited to no supervision
Ability to qualify prospects as potential leads
Keen attention to detail
A proven track record of success in sales, including a book of business composed of prior clients
While acting as an independent contractor, maintaining the professionalism to represent GigSmart in a positive manner
