GIGSMART IS SEEKING A POSITIVE AND HARDWORKING INDIVIDUAL WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OUTBOUND SALES IN A CALL CENTER ENVIRONMENT. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL WORK WITH CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE ALREADY DOWNLOADED OUR APPLICATION TO HELP THEM WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS, AS WELL AS BE RESPONSIBLE FOR TARGETING BUSINESS PROSPECTS FOR INSTALLATION. THE INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE WILL PLAY A KEY ROLE IN ACHIEVING OUR AMBITIOUS APPLICATION GROWTH OBJECTIVES, ON A PART TIME BASIS.
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls to businesses who have downloaded the GigSmart apps and assist them with any questions or concerns
- Use inbound leads and your own outbound prospecting to build a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects for the GigSmart apps
- Conduct intro calls with new business prospects and present GigSmart's value proposition
- Drive increased engagement of the platforms through effective questions, conversations and ongoing relationship management
- Verify the accuracy and validity of customer service concerns / requests
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain prospect information and keep comprehensive and up-to-date client information daily in our CRM system
- Participate and conduct meetings and ongoing training sessions
- Give excellent customer service to each contact
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- 2+ years of outgoing call center experience with top 10% documented performance
- Proficient with Hubspot
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to change
- Thrive in a high-energy, fast paced setting
- Dynamic, driven, and highly competitive
- Must be available to work every Saturday
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
