Available in all 50 states, GigSmart serves the construction, manufacturing, food service, delivery services, transportation, retail, customer service, and professional services industries.
This is a part-time weekend position eligible for a bonus structure. This is a remote role. You must be available to work Saturday, Sunday, and Monday each week. The hours of the role are 9:00 am - 6:00 pm PST daily, resulting in 24 hours per week.
This role will report to the National Sales Manager.
Job Description
As a Weekend Business Support Representative with GigSmart you will be responsible for driving engagement with businesses on the GigSmart Get Workers platform. You will do this by handling both inbound and outbound calls with users on our platform. This individual will be enthusiastic, motivated, and willing to think outside of the box to solve challenges. This individual plays a key role in achieving our ambitious growth objectives and must be goal and team-oriented. This role will predominantly engage with our business users as well as occasionally engage with Workers on the platform.
