Customer Service Representative Our growing company is looking for a qualified Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate can listen to and understand our customers well and provide high-quality solutions in alignment with company policy and procedures. Job Responsibilities: * Respond to customers' inquiries and concerns quickly and professionally through emails or phone calls * Recommend, explain, and provide computer hardware product and service information to customers * Record and provide customer feedback and data to relevant internal teams * Maintain and update information on customer case * Perform other duties as assigned Job Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of phone/email customer service experience preferred * Minimum High School education required * Basic knowledge of computer components preferred * Familiarity with MS Office preferred * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Prior experience in a call center environment is a plus * Vibrant, friendly, and positive attitude * Must be authorized to work in the United States About Us Gigabyte is an international manufacturer and distributor of computer hardware products including motherboards, graphic cards, laptops, PC desktops, and more.
