Excellent opportunity to join a growing and established Bay area software company.  Our client is currently recruiting a Corporate Controller to work closely with the CFO and other leaders in the business.  This role will lead a team and will be responsible for driving the financial reporting process.  Duties will include monthly financial  closing and reporting, financial analysis, and external reporting.

The ideal candidate will be a CPA with a background in a SAAS business and Big 4 accounting. Strong presentation and supervisory skills are a must. This role can work remotely as time allows.
