Excellent opportunity to join a very established and growing Charlotte based company. Our client is currently recruiting for a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to join their team. This role will lead the corporate forecasting and budgeting function and will partner with both sales and operations teams, perform financial modeling, and build out an FP&A team. This is a very visible role that will present to and work closely with the CFO and CEO.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of progressive financial analysis experience. Strong leadership and presentation skills are a must. BS/BA in Accounting/Finance required, MBA a plus. Relocation assistance is provided.
